Please be mindful of my policies regarding appointments.

Cancellations

I completely understand that life happens and things come up, (work, family,sick,car problems etc) but there is a cancellation fee of $50 if there is less than 24 hours notice and will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.

New Clients

All new clients will need to pay a 50% deposit of the cost of their nail appointment fee and this will be taken off your appointment amount.

Running Late

If you think you are going to be late please let me know asap. Unfortunately if you are more than 15 mins late we will have to cancel your appointment and there will be a cancellation fee $50.

Booking Deposit

Your booking deposit is Non Refundable under any circumstances. Your deposit will be held as a credit and taken off your next appointment service, if you are needing to reschedule or if Maree Louise Beauty needs to reschedule your appointment.

Payment

We take and prefer cash, but you can bank transfer also.
